      • Scuffs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A missing button or minor element.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Variations inherent to used garments made in different eras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        These characteristics are part of the nature of vintage and second-hand clothing and will not, on their own, be considered defects giving the right to a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The customer acknowledges and accepts that the bundles are not made up of new garments and that there may be a reasonable proportion of items classified as grade B<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Garment classification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        For the purposes of our returns policy, garments are considered grade B<\/strong> those that show defects, wear or signs of use greater than usual for a garment classified as grade A, but which may still be usable, repairable or sellable given the nature of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The classification of a garment may involve a degree of reasonable judgement. Therefore, the isolated presence of small signs of use does not automatically mean the garment should be considered grade B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Returns policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Due to the type of product and the fact that it is vintage and second-hand clothing sold in bundles, returns will only be accepted when it is verified that more than 20% of the garments received are grade B<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The presence of grade B garments in a proportion equal to or less than 20% of the total order<\/strong> is considered a tolerance inherent to this type of goods and will not give the right to a return, replacement or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The percentage will be calculated on the total number of garments included in the order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        For example, in a bundle of 100 garments, it must be demonstrated that more than 20 garments are grade B in order to request a return under this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Mixed quality bundle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Bundle for recycling or repair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        • Bundle with a previously indicated proportion of grade B.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Clearance or goods sold under special conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Reasons that do not allow a return request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • Goods that have been labelled, resold or made available to third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Bundles expressly sold as grade B, mixed quality, clearance or with flaws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            The photographs used on the website may be representative of the type of goods and do not necessarily mean the customer will receive exactly the same garments shown, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Reporting incidents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            To request a review of an order, the customer must report the incident within 48 hours of receiving the goods<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The request must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Date of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Total number of garments received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Number of garments considered grade B.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            • Detailed photographs of the defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              The photographs must clearly identify each garment and the alleged defect. Vig Vintage Wholesale may request additional information when the documentation provided is not sufficient to assess the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Condition of the goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              During the review of the claim, all garments must be kept in the same condition in which they were delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              They must not be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Repaired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Altered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Cut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              • Used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Sold or handed over to third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Handling or altering the garments may prevent the return from being accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Return authorisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                No goods may be sent without prior written authorisation from Vig Vintage Wholesale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Once the documentation has been reviewed, we will inform the customer whether the claim has been accepted in full or in part and provide instructions for making the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Packages sent without prior authorisation may be refused or returned to sender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  The applicable solution will be determined based on the nature of the incident, the availability of equivalent goods and the actual proportion of grade B garments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  No refunds will be made for garments that have not been previously identified, claimed and authorised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Where a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  When the return is accepted because it has been demonstrated that more than 20% of the garments are grade B, Vig Vintage Wholesale will inform the customer of the collection or shipping procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
